He has appraised over 250,000 apartment units in 1,000 assignments with a combined value in excess of $15 billion. He has earned the MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute, has the respected Counselors of Real Estate (CRE) designation, is licensed as a Certified General Appraiser in Colorado, and is a member of the Apartment Association of Metro Denver and the National Apartment Association.
