Louesa Maricle has experience in the valuation of a wide variety of commercial real estate including multifamily, office, industrial, retail, and agricultural properties. She has been appraising for 20 years, holds the MAI designation, is licensed as a Certified General Appraiser in Colorado, and has a Masters of International Management. She has been exclusively appraising both proposed and existing apartment complexes for the last 10 years.
