Tim Szozda has 10 years experience as a commercial real estate appraiser. He has appraised a wide variety of residential, office, retail, industrial, and institutional property types and focused exclusively on apartments since joining the firm in 2003. He holds dual degrees in finance and real estate from the University of Cincinnati. Tim is licensed as a Certified General Appraiser in Colorado, and is very close to obtaining his MAI designation.
